PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is the largest steam generator manufacturer in California, with a reputation for quality design and fabrication, and on-time delivery. We transport generators to oil fields around the world, from our home state of California to as far away as Russia, Madagascar, Kuwait and Canada.

We design and fabricate Once Through Steam Generators (OTSG). We maintain an ASME certification, as all our OTSG are constructed to ASME Section 1 and registered with National Board of Pressure Vessels and Boilers. We can design units to meet your steam needs with several BTU input options and steam quality requirements. We can offer burner options for Ultra Low NOx requirements using natural gas or conventional burners that use liquid fuels like diesel of crude oil.  We have units in many countries throughout the world and the US serving various industries. Our proven designs and in-house Quality Assurance Programs guarantee a final product that will meet or exceed your expectations.

PCL’s OTSG can be constructed to the following input designs:

• 10MM to 30MM BTU/hr  portable skid mounted
• 50MM to 85MM BTU/hr skid mounted
